  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clotech’s website, products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

  1. Services Provided

Clotech offers:

  • Free downloadable garment tech pack templates
  • Premium digital design products and templates
  • Custom technical design services
  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating accounts or making purchases
  • Use products only for lawful purposes
  • Not redistribute, resell or commercially exploit Clotech’s digital products without authorization
  1. Payments and Refunds
  • All transactions are processed via Paystack
  • Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless specified otherwise
  • Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are final with no refunds unless required by law
  • Unauthorized payment disputes may result in account termination
  1. Intellectual Property

All Clotech digital products remain our exclusive property. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or business use only.

  1. Consumer Rights

In compliance with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act:

  • Products must be as described
  • You have the right to return defective digital products within 7 days
  • Protection against unfair business practices is guaranteed
  1. Limitations of Liability

Clotech is not liable for:

  • Any production errors resulting from use of our templates
  • Third party websites or services
  • Unauthorized modifications of our products
  1. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will be resolved in the Western Cape High Court or other competent South African court.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
